Goods are made available at the named place in India. The buyer arranges collection, export clearance, freight and insurance from that point.

The seller delivers export-cleared goods to the carrier nominated by the buyer at the named place. Risk transfers to the buyer on handover to the carrier.
Handover · Buyer's carrier
The seller delivers export-cleared goods on board the vessel nominated by the buyer at the named port of shipment in India. Risk transfers once goods are on board.
Handover · On board at Indian port
The seller arranges and pays for sea freight and minimum insurance to the named destination port. Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are on board at origin.

02Payment
Full payment in advance before the order is processed.
20% advance with the order, and the balance 80% through a Letter of Credit (LC).
40% advance with the order, and the balance 60% on Documents Against Payment (DP).
50% advance with the order, and the balance 50% before the shipment is loaded.
All payment terms are negotiable based on order size and client profile.
